Whether you are a family or a couple, the cottages are perfectly located to suit all desires. The working farm boats its own halt for the Tal-y-Llyn narrow gauge steam railway – the smallest railway platform in the country! – providing the most charming form of transport to the nearest town, Tywyn. The cottages are close to the magnificent 4-mile stretch of golden beach that extends from Tywyn to Aberdyfi.

 

If you are in search of a more active break, we have easy access to endless walks and outdoor activities that Snowdonia National Park has to offer. Snowdonia is becoming the adventure capital of Europe so the location is perfect for those looking to experience the thrill of zip wires, rock climbing or mountain biking.  With Dolgellau and Barmouth to the north and Machynlleth and Aberystwyth to the south, the cottages provide an excellent hub to visit the many fantastic attractions in the area.
